NMOH Customer Terms
NMOH Digital Services Pvt Ltd runs nmoh.in. By creating an account you accept these terms. You must be 18 or older and give true details. One person, one account.
Sessions are with independent astrologers, not NMOH employees. Their guidance is an interpretation for your reflection. It is not a prediction, a promise of any result, or medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. In an emergency contact the proper services.
You add money to your wallet by paying our UPI ID in fixed packs of INR 100, 300, 500 or 1,000. A wallet holds up to INR 10,000. A person checks each payment against our bank statement, between 9am and 10pm India time, normally within 30 minutes. We add what actually arrived. Prices include GST.
A live session is charged per started minute at the rate shown when it begins, from your wallet. You need at least one minute's balance to start, and the session ends when the balance runs out. We warn you before that. There is no credit.
After your first approved top-up, the first 5 minutes of your first on-demand session are free, once per account, on chat or a call, never on a booking. If the astrologer's side drops the session within those minutes, they come back to you. The astrologer is not paid for free minutes.
A booked session is paid for in full when you book. If you cancel more than 2 hours before it, everything comes back. Within 2 hours, half comes back. If the astrologer cancels or does not come, everything comes back. If you do not join, the cost of 10 minutes is kept and the rest comes back.
You may ask for your unused balance back. We hold the amount at once and send it by UPI to the ID you give, usually by hand. We may ask you to wait while a session or a dispute is open. If you have a complaint about a session, contact support@nmoh.in within 7 days.
Keep contact details out of sessions, notes and reviews. Do not abuse anyone, or ask for or offer anything unlawful. We may end a session, remove a review or restrict an account that breaks these terms.
