NMOH Customer Privacy Notice
NMOH Digital Services Pvt Ltd, Kenwood 70, Malibu Towne, Sector 47, Gurugram 122018, decides how your data is used on nmoh.in. Write to support@nmoh.in with any question.
We hold your name, email address, mobile number, password (only as a secure hash), the birth details you save, your sessions, chat text, the summaries astrologers write, your wallet, bookings, reviews and support messages.
We use them to run your account and sessions, take and refund payments, send you notices, keep the service safe and meet the law. We do not sell your data. Voice calls are not recorded.
An astrologer sees your first name and initial, your topic, and the birth profile you choose for that session, and nothing else. Their private notes are never shown to you. Birth details and the UPI ID for a refund are stored encrypted. If you write a review and it is approved, your first name and initial appear with it on the astrologer's public page. If you leave your email to hear about temple darshan, we use it only for that, and it goes when you delete your account.
Payment screenshots are read by our Finance staff to check your payment, and each opening is recorded. We keep them for 3 years. We use service providers for email, hosting, storage and calls, who handle your data for us under contract.
Money records stay for as long as the law requires, with personal details removed once you delete your account.
You can read and correct your details in your account, download your data, and ask us to delete your account. Deletion waits while a session, booking or balance is open.
