Refund policy

Unused wallet balance: you can ask for it back from your wallet page. We hold the amount at once and send it by UPI, usually by hand. If it cannot be sent, the money returns to your wallet.

Live sessions: you pay for each started minute. If the astrologer's side drops the call, the last two minutes you paid for come back. If you have a complaint, write to support@nmoh.in within 7 days of the session.

Booked sessions: cancel more than 2 hours before and everything comes back. Within 2 hours, half comes back. If the astrologer cancels or does not come, everything comes back. If you do not join, the cost of 10 minutes is kept and the rest comes back.
